BIG BALL

Well known as Zorbing, Big ball is a giant ball, where the participant goes inside the ball so that the body is totally protected and the interactions between participants are hilarious. You can play football, popular games, etc. The highlights of this activity are that you get to la laugh a lot.

PAINTBALL

Team sport, encouraging cooperation and the player leadership skills. Players need to learn to play together as a team in order to obtain the victory.

• Conditions: Previous appointment to familiarize to the playground.

ELECTRIC BICYCLES

Electric bikes offer the possibility to enjoy the road with any effort. Electric bike have the autonomy between 30 and 50km depending in the terrain.

ARCHERY

 

Through the game, the participant will learn the archery technique by intuition.

CHALLENGES

Challenges are playful and competitive activities of short duration in which participants must test the coordination, communication and cooperation of the group members, as well as the ingenuity and self ability of each one of them. To implement these skills, the challenges are succession of tests aimed to integrate participants into a working group.

TEAM COACHING 

Starting off in a group of people, end up becoming a team

The team coaching allows helping through a playful working day, to learn from experience to make the difference between group of people work and team.

As a team, we must have goals and shared purposes, know how to share tasks according to abilities and guiding us towards achievement along with the sense of improvement, in addition we could learn to give helpful feedback achieving the 5 “C” of the team works: complementarities, coordination, communication, confidence and commitment. 

The experiences and reflexions after each dynamics designed by a coach are necessary to improve the team competence. Thanks for the feedback received, the journey than just being entertained and stimulating also becomes a powerful tool which contributes to the individual consolidation of the people and also the relationship established.
